Tyler Starr

Tyler works closely with FPAN leadership and member practices to design and implement programs and processes that support network quality and clinical integration goals. His collaboration with M Health Fairview’s quality and value-based care teams creates alignment with overall system quality and performance goals. In addition, Tyler staffs the FPAN Care Delivery and Quality Improvement Committee (CDQI).

With more than 10 years of experience in healthcare, Tyler is a dynamic leader. Prior to his time with FPAN, Tyler worked at M Health Fairview as Program Manager, Regulatory Reporting. He was responsible for multiple regulatory programs including the Merit-Based Incentive Program (MIPS), Inpatient Quality Reporting, and submissions to The Joint Commission. In addition, he managed relationships between analytics, quality, regulatory and operations for reporting needs to align with organizational initiatives to achieve high performance.

Tyler has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth in healthcare management. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors—especially while up at the lake, and cheering on Minnesota’s professional sports teams.
