Tyler Starr

Tyler works closely with FPAN leadership and member practices to design and implement programs and processes to support network quality and clinical integration goals. Collaboration with M Health Fairview quality and value-based care teams creates alignment to overall system quality and performance goals. Tyler staffs the FPAN Care Delivery and Quality Improvement Committee (CDQI).

Prior to transitioning to FPAN, Tyler worked at M Health Fairview as Program Manager, Regulatory Reporting. He was responsible for multiple regulatory programs including Merit Based Incentive Program (MIPS), Inpatient Quality Reporting, and submissions to The Joint Commission. Key responsibilities were managing relationships between analytics, quality, regulatory and operations for reporting needs to align with organizational initiatives to achieve high performance.

Tyler has worked in health care for over 10 years. He has a Bachelor degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth in Healthcare Management.

In his free time Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, Minnesota sports and time at the lake.
