FPAN Community Engagement

In October 2024, several FPAN team members had the opportunity to participate in a food packing event at the Fairview Community Health & Wellness Hub. Team members demonstrated their dedication to community engagement while serving to address food insecurity.

Food insecurity leads to chronic health problems due to inadequate access to nutritious foods. It negatively impacts children’s development and academic performance by impairing concentration and cognition. The experience left everyone inspired and motivated, with a renewed determination to continue supporting community initiatives.
