FPAN Recognized with UHC United in Care Service Award

This fall UnitedHealthcare awarded FPAN the United in Care Service Award.  The award is presented to recognize outstanding effort reflected by the COL Screening rates of UHC members cared for in 2022.  The network screening rates demonstrate our commitment to improving cancer outcomes.  The national award winners were based on commercial ACOs (with at least 1,000 fully insured members) with the highest screening rates in each category.
